To Thaw: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or microwave on defrost for 2 to 3 minutes per fillet. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place fillets on a baking sheet and bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes. Panfry: Preheat 2 tbsp of olive oil to medium-high. Cook fillets for 3-5 minutes each side. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Microwave (1000 Watts): Place 2 fillets on a microwave-safe dish and cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Individual ovens vary; these are guidelines only. Keep frozen.
