While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
This service is perfect for when you are staying at a Disney Resort. They deliver to the lobby n it goes straight to your room. The prices are excellent. Will use them every time I'm on vacation.
Their service was great. Our daughter got sick while we were away and they were able to get us an add-on order the same day.
