While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
We used Garden Grocer for our grocery delivery to the Boardwalk Villas during our stay at WDW in October 2014 and I highly recommend them. Our order was delivered during the specified time frame and I received a text message verifying the delivery. We received all items ordered and the customer service was fantastic! From order placement to delivery, a customer service representative followed up with us with every step of the way to ensure our satisfaction. It is wonderful to be able to save some money while staying at WDW and have PERSONAL customer service with real people instead of automated machines.
The website is very easy to navigate, their prices are extremely reasonable!! Great customer service!!
