“Our family vacation included a stop in Orlando where we stayed at Lowe's Pacific Royal Resort. In the past, we have stayed off property and had rented a car, so we did not need anyone to deliver groceries. This visit, we did not have a car and our options for breakfast were limited (unless we wanted to pay for expensive breakfasts and snacks in park). We placed our order prior to leaving our home state, and our groceries were at the hotel upon check in. We received a confirmation call prior to our order being processed as well as a call and a text letting us know that our groceries were at our hotel at the time we had designated. Everything was fresh and carefully treated. I would, without any hesitations, use this service again!”

The resort staff delivered it to our room within in minutes of our arrival. For a family group of nine it was great to have things for breakfast in our room so some could eat while others were in the shower. Made our arrival at the theme parks much quicker and smoother.
