9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ideal if you're arriving early in the day or want your groceries ready when you check in.
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Perfect for late arrivals or guests who spend the day at the parks and want groceries waiting upon return.
For all Monday deliveries to Disney resorts, a guest must be present to meet the driver. Because we do not currently hold a delivery contract with non-Disney properties, our drivers are unable to leave orders unattended at the resort bell services on Mondays. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during your chosen delivery window.
We deliver alcohol to most Walt Disney World resort hotels. Please review the policy below before placing an order that includes alcohol.
Alcohol orders at the following Disney resorts can be left with bell services — no need to meet the driver:
Guests staying at the following resorts must be present to receive alcohol items only. All other groceries can still be left with bell services as normal:
