I used to try to go get groceries after the kids were asleep on our first day at WDW. But since we had gotten up really early to make the flight, I'd be stumbling around the store at 10 pm, so tired I'd be going back to the same aisle again and again. Friend told me about GardenGrocer.com and it is definitely the way to make that first day easier. This time we were ALL asleep by 8:30.
A bag of groceries was missing from our order (which happens, people make mistakes, no big deal), even though it was a Sunday I was still able to reach an associate who helped me very promptly. The person on the phone was polite, understanding and acted quickly to resolve my problem. Within 2 hours of my phone call the missing groceries were delivered to my hotel door. Despite a minor packaging issue with some of our items I've never had any problems with Garden Grocer and would recommend it to any traveler looking for such a service.
