Having to deal with the Bell hop service at the resort was not a pleaseant one due to the fact my name was not on the reservation so they didn't know I was the one to be notified of the delivery. It was a mess and the resort did try to fix the issues we encountered but it was still a hassle. The ease of ordering was good and the choices were good too.
Everything was perfect. We received a voice mail and a text letting us know our groceries had been delivered. Great Communication system you have, so there is not a wonder of what is going on with your service. When we arrived to our resort, the cold food was cold and placed in the refridge and the other items were marked and there was a copy of what I ordered in the bag. All things were there. Great service. I was impressed. My friend also ordered on my recommendation and all went great for her also. Keep up the god work.
Eventhough my family eats organic there was still a good variety of the staples we wanted to have on hand in our hotel & snacks for quick grab. I also appreciated getting a discount for ordering 30 days in advance. Another family we traveled with only ordered a week out & still received a discount.
