Customer service was excellent. Prices and charges were fair, and delivery and product quality were terrific. A phone confirmation phone call was made when we placed our order and a handy text was received when items were delivered to our resort, ahead of our arrival, in this case. Heavy items were in double paper bags- handy for the end of our trip when we wanted to reuse the bags to save items for a swim later in the day after we checked out of our resort. And concierge was able to view our name right on those bags when storing them in the fridge. Chips, muffins and other items tasted fresh and were in good condition. Brands for toiletries ordered were as anticipated. Store brand gallon iced tea was a favorite on our last trip, and so we ordered it again for this trip. We finished our 36 water bottles between the 6 of us, making the cost savings of that alone worth our order. We will be using this service again to save the money of renting a car, and in cases where we do not pay for checked luggage. Keep up the good work.

I was very pleased with Garden Grocer, everything I ordered was delivered and produce was at the best. I would use Garden Grocer again and would tell my friends on how easy the whole process was from ordering to giving ID for alcoholic beverages.

I ordered groceries for my stay at Walt Disney Worlds so that we could save time eating a quick breakfast in our room and I ordered fruit, water and snacks. Ordering was easy, delivery was smooth and we saved time and money. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I would recommend Garden Grocer to anyone. When we arrived at our hotel room the cold food was placed in the refrigerator and the packaged food was bagged neatly in the room. The produce was fresh. I would use this service again and I highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with Garden Grocer. The prices werent bad, the shipping charge was cheaper than every other company we looked at. Our groceries were delivered to our room before our check-in time and none of our groceries were damaged, opened, etc. We will definitely be using Garden Grocer the next time we go to Disney World!
