They initially made a mistake on a soda order, delivering regular instead of diet to our Disney resort, but one phone call and it was fixed by the time we returned from magic kingdom
There was a mix up and the driver delivered our order to the wrong hotel. The person I spoke to about it was wonderful and so apologetic. They fixed the issue right away and kept me informed of their progress. I love Garden Grocer and use them every time I go to WDW and always will.
For $15 I saved more than that in time and frustration. My flight came in after midnight. It was so nice to have food in the fridge of our condo waiting for me. Text messages were prompt, I had to phone in with a question and received a friendly voice. Why am I only just now doing this?!
