I was particularly impressed with your level of customer service, the ability to talk with a person immediately rather than deal with an automated system, and the ease of which you enabled us to add to our order when we realized we had not ordered enough to get us through our stay. While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I would recommend to anyone traveling to Disney - this helps save money on the water and snacks!
