While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I was very surprised how easy it was to use the website and the choices there were. The service (delivering to the resort without having to be present) was excellent. I received a phone call before I left home confirming my order and asking for any additions or questions and was then texted when my order arrived. Would recommend this service to anyone I know visiting.
We ordered a weeks worth of food and out really saved us money from eating out on our vacation. The fruit bowl we ordered was fresh and delicious!
