Keep frozen. Microwave: 1. Place unopened bag standing up on microwavable plate to evenly distribute vegetables. 2. Microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. While microwaving, bag will slowly inflate and a popping sound may occur. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Caution: hot!
