Conventional Oven: Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155-160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. To Grill: Heat grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet directly on grate of grill. Grill over Medium heat form 35 minutes, turning occasionally, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat reaches 155-160 degrees F.
