While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
Everything arrived on time.as soon.as our room was ready Art of animation staff placed our groceries in room and the cold irems in the refrigerator. Perfect
Traveling with food allergies is frustrating. Garden Grocer carries a variety of foods I can eat safely and has great customer service. I appreciate their attention to detail at each step of the ordering/delivery process.
