While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
We were very pleased with this service. It was easy to order and we received exactly what we ordered. It was also nice that they texted and called when our order was delivered.
Garden Grocer was very easy to do business with. They had a good selection with very good prices. The delivery was on time and packaged well. This was definitely a great way to get snacks for Disney when staying in one of Disney's Resorts! The room refrigerator kept everything fresh and allowed us to have a great breakfast and use the two-a-day meal plan effectively. I would use Garden Grocer again without hesitation!
