Overall good option when you aren't driving or don't have a car available. The personal contact and emails were excellent. The produce was fine. We didn't get the exact type of item that we ordered and the substituted item was not one that our family liked. They should have let us know they were out And the grapes were just bad. But over good produce and will use them again
Great experience to make having groceries at our hotel so easy!! Look forward to using again!
While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
