While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
My children are VERY picky... I had no idea how I would transport all of the things they like to eat... And especially drink to Disney world for the week. This service was so easy. They called and let us know when our items were delivered and when we arrived at the room they had already been placed in our refrigerator for us. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy all of our time instead of having to make a trip to the store. Just amazing!
The hotel at which we were staying could not find our groceries. I called Garden Grocer directly and, though the fault was the hotel's, the customer service representative at GG called the hotel and worked it out for me.
