This October was my first time ordering through Garden Grocers. Got a text of delivery confirmation once we landed in Orlando, delivery was earlier than expected. Unfortunately they forgot to include 1 item in the delivery bag although it was listed in the receipt. Double checked with the hotel's bell services to make sure that said Item was not left behind or fell somewhere in their storage. Finally called GG to report about this and the operator was very nice, helpful and handled the situation efficiently. I told him I had checked with the bell services, but he said he'd also call them himself (which is totally understandable) and call/text me back to let me know what will be done. I received a text 10 minutes later confirming that the item will be delivered the next morning and so it did. Great service and definitely will order from GG again for our next trip to Orlando.
I used Garden Grocer for a recent trip we took to Disneyworld. I placed my order about a week before we arrived. I received a text from Garden Grocer the day we arrived letting me know that my items had been delivered. I had bell services deliver my items. So convenient!!! I will definitely being using Garden Grocer on our next trip to Disney. :)
I ordered groceries to be delivered to our hotel room at Disney. When we arrived, the groceries had been delivered to the room and a couple of frozen items were held in Bell Service for us us. The items requiring refrigeration had been placed in the refrigerator. The service provided by Garden Grocer was awesome. It was so easy for me to order online and I was so impressed that the order had no errors and was delivered with perfect timing! I will use them when we go to Disney again!
