While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I could not have been more pleased with the service. Everything arrived and was fresh!
One item was miss on my order,I think the resort lost it.Called Garden Grocer and the next day they replaced it.The item was a gallon of water which was under 1 dollar.On their next delivery it was dropped off at my resort.Now that's real customer service.I will use them every time I'm in the Orlando area.My order was correct except for the water and delivered on time per my request.
