While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
Very nice people to work with. Food was delivered when said and everything was right with our order. I will definitely recommend Garden Grocer to friends and when we go back to Disney I will definitely use them again myself!
It was wonderful not to have to stuff our suitcases with diapers, wipes, and snacks. Also, we didn't have to pay the horrendous prices the resort charges.
