While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I had groceries delivered to our resort at Disney World. It was so nice to have things all ready for us when we arrived. Even though we had purchased the quick meal plan for the trip, I have 3 boys who eat non stop. It was so nice to have extra snacks and plenty of bottled water for our week at Disney.
