While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
Great Service and informative with texts about when our groceries were delivered. Wish there was a cheaper option- twice what I normally pay for groceries.
Our first Garden Grocer experience was fantastic. Though the prices and delivery charge are a bit more than you pay if you order groceries through Disney Vacation Club, the selection is much better, which is what was important to us. I had several questions, as this was our first time using the service, and every time I called, I got fast and accurate information from a Garden Grocer rep. I got a text and and email confirming when our groceries were delivered, and everything arrived as scheduled. We will definitely be using this service again .
