While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.

I would recommend this to anyone but under buy not over as it is hard to through things away or leave it behind. We did purchase cases of water that was great to take to parks and then just ask for cups with ice. If you aren't going to spend much time at the hotel do not buy a lot of extras as you really don't have time to eat them. We had purchased dinning plan with no breakfast so that is mainly what we ordered and that worked well. it was a great experience and I would do it again.
