We used Garden Grocer for our recent week-long trip to Disney World while staying in a resort villa. Primarily, we ordered items for breakfast, snacks, and laundry. The order process was easy and convenient, including two add-on orders. The process to delete three items and get a refund for them was not as easy--forcing me to write an email request rather than just using a web form like the add-on process. The delivery came on time and was complete. Only the two broken eggs in the two cartons, which seeped out onto some other items, was annoying. Whether this minor damage was done by the GG employees or the resort employees can't be known. I would use Garden Grocer again, should I ever return to Disney World.
Disney recommended garden grocer. I was nervous at first so I called and spoke to someone. Staff is very pleasant and answered all my questions. Explained if I couldn't find an item it could put it down and they would go out and get it for me. Called me that day and texted me when it was delivered. Would use again for sure.
Garden Grocer called to confirm my order, delivered to my resort on time as promised, texted me that it had arrived, and the food was fresh. Very efficient!
