Was surprised to get a follow up phone call after the delivery! I really felt that my experience mattered.
I received a wrong item and called Garden Grocer to let them know. I did want my original selection and offered to pay for it since they had to deliver that one item (I couldn't return the incorrect item as I had opened it before I realized it was not what I wanted.) Not only did they not charge me for the correct item, they delivered it within hours even though I told them next day was fine. What great Customer Service!
Placed the order off their website, received a phone call from a very nice person who confirmed the order. When we got to Disney World our groceries were already there. Awesome Service
