Excellent service! It was great to get a text to know when our groceries arrived at our WDW resort and the resort kept perishables refrigerated until we picked them up.
They made this so easy to get groceries. We had a kitchen in our room, but no car to go the store. The resort was too expensive. This service was so easy, just click, order and set your delivery time. You don't even need to be there, they deliver to the Bell desk, who will put the cold items in the refrigerator/freezer. The called to confirm our order, texted us once it was delivered(which ended up being prior to our delivery time) and then called later to ensure all was there. The cost was appropriate and one flat delivery fee. This was an awesome service and would use it again when we come back to Disney World.
I was expecting 'normal' customer service...the kind I get from most companies. Which means "not so good" customer service. I was amazed to see how on the ball Gardengrocer.com was. We got some excellent follow up service from Miranda (she was outstanding) and early delivery to our Disney resort. Prompt notification for delivery of groceries. Quality on fresh foods was excellent. Gardengrocer.com will be a regular part of our Orlando visits to Disneyworld from now on!
