While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I was able to easily order snacks and breakfast food. On our first whole day here, the food was delivered to our room - cold stuff was in the fridge and everything else neatly bagged in paper sacks! Thank you Garden Grocer!!
