We used Garden Grocer for our recent week-long trip to Disney World while staying in a resort villa. Primarily, we ordered items for breakfast, snacks, and laundry. The order process was easy and convenient, including two add-on orders. The process to delete three items and get a refund for them was not as easy--forcing me to write an email request rather than just using a web form like the add-on process. The delivery came on time and was complete. Only the two broken eggs in the two cartons, which seeped out onto some other items, was annoying. Whether this minor damage was done by the GG employees or the resort employees can't be known. I would use Garden Grocer again, should I ever return to Disney World.
We used Garden Grocer for the first time for our trip to Disney World this summer. The items arrived on time, and were waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel. We arrived late (almost midnight), and noticed the next morning as we were preparing breakfast that the cream cheese was missing. We sent a message to Garden Grocer, and received both a text as well as a voice mail message that same morning (while we were at the Magic Kingdom) that the missing item had been delivered to our hotel. Such great service! We were also VERY impressed with the quality of produce. We didn't order too many fruits and vegetables, as it's pretty hit-and-miss (especially coming from California, and not being familiar with the availability of quality produce in Florida), but everything we got was fantastic. The Fuji apples were ENORMOUS and delicious, and the tomatoes tasted home-grown. We will definitely be using Garden Grocer the next time we visit Disney World! :)
