GradenGrocer was so easy to use. The process was straight forward from my initial order 1 month before the delivery date to the add-ons my family decided were needed as our vacation dates to 'the World' came closer. Customer service called to confirm the order and the date, time window I had picked picked. After that, there were no worries, I arrived at the resort and talked to bell services to have my item brought to my room. The order had an additional manifest to verify all the items delivered. One non-perishable item was defective and I emailed a picture to customer service. Within a few hours a replacement was delivered to the resort by GG. I recommend the service to everyone and GG has a return customer on my next trip to the World.
With all the things going on my head during the flight, I was relief to get the first message from Garden Grocer telling me that my groceries were delivered at the bell services in my Disney Hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and then when checking in, the hotel delivered then to our room. Everything was perfect, no mistakes and ordering food and baby items was the best decision we make for our Disney trip, 100% satisfied!
Great service! The food was delivered before we arrived. Cold items were kept cold and it was all exactly what we ordered. It was a great option for having snacks in our room and being able to make and take a lunch into the parks. I highly recommend this service!
