While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
This was my first time using Garden Grocer and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. We bought bottled water in bulk and a few grocery items and they were delivered right to our room by a Disney worker. We saved a lot of money and I will continue to use Garden Grocer for all my future trips to Walt Disney World :)
Very convenient when we went to Disney! They delivered right to our resort and let me know via text and phone call! Will use again when we travel!
