The hotel misplaced my son's order. I was in NY and my son was in FL. I called Garden Grocer and asked for help. They sent a driver to the hotel and found the order and made sure it was delivered to my son. It was clearly the hotel's error that the order had been misplaced, but Garden Grocer went the extra mile and made sure the order was properly delivered. Thank you!!
Excellent customer service. I made an error with my arrival date and the issue was resolved immediately with no problems although it was my error.
Guy came right in and even put groceries away
