While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
This service was amazing. We ordered in buffalo 5 days before arriving in Disney and when we arrived all our food was at bell services. Upon our request we asked the hotel to deliver groceries to our room and all perishables ( including beer, wine and water) we out I. The refrigerator and we never even had to be in the room. Food was great value for the product and service. Fruit was fresh and good what just what we ordered. I would use this again, I would love this service on a weekly basis at home;)
