While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
Ordering supplies and food through garden grocer for our Disney World trip made our vacation easier and saved a bunch on buying water and snacks at the park. Plus we didn't have to pack certain things that we just had delivered such as diapers wipes sunblock. Definitely would recommend this service. And hen we go back we will use this service again.
