Customer service was outstanding. Flight was cancelled last minute due to snow and groceries were already delivered. The staff quickly and gladly picked up my groceries and re-delivered them when our flight finally was rescheduled. This truly made our bad situation a lot easier to swallow. When we finally did arrive, groceries were perfect and well packed. We will ALWAYS use garden grocer and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so helpful, understanding, and kind!
I had to reschedule my trip due to a family illness just one day prior to our departure. That also meant that the groceries were set to be delivered the next day as well. I called Garden Grocer and they were so easy to work with. They gladly changed the dates of my reservation to my new travel dates. It took less than a minute on the phone and a minute sending an email for confirmation. I will definitely use them again!
This was my first time using Garden Grocer and thought this service was wonderful and very easy to use. We used Garden Grocer for our first trip to Disney World. We stayed at a Disney resort and would not have a car. Being that we had a 22 month old and 5 yr. old we needed some groceries for our 4 day stay, especially perishable items. I didn't want to spend a ton of money going back-and-forth to the resort restaurant for milk, drinks, snacks and other perishable items. So I ordered my groceries a week before online. On the day of our trip they sent me a text message a few hours before we arrived that our groceries had been delivered. When we arrived to our room at the resort the groceries were all there and perishable items were all put away in the refrigerator. I believe using the service helped me to save some money I otherwise would've spent in the parks or at the resort hotel restaurant. I will certainly utilize the Garden Grocer service again on our next trip to Disney. Thank you!
