Service was great in terms of freshness, packaging and options available. Easy payment and the availability to refrigerate the items at the resort until we got to them was great too! Overall happy with our service and will recommend and likely use again in the future.
GradenGrocer was so easy to use. The process was straight forward from my initial order 1 month before the delivery date to the add-ons my family decided were needed as our vacation dates to 'the World' came closer. Customer service called to confirm the order and the date, time window I had picked picked. After that, there were no worries, I arrived at the resort and talked to bell services to have my item brought to my room. The order had an additional manifest to verify all the items delivered. One non-perishable item was defective and I emailed a picture to customer service. Within a few hours a replacement was delivered to the resort by GG. I recommend the service to everyone and GG has a return customer on my next trip to the World.
Working with Garden Grocer was overall a vey good experience! Our items were delivered to our Disney hotel prior to the our time allotment. We did have a small issue where we received 2 incorrect items--it wasn't easy to work with the Disney hotel to ensure that we exchanged the two items but Garden Grocer showed a lot of follow-up and commitment to ensuring that we received the proper items and in the end we did--so thank you for your follow-up and customer service!
