Having groceries delivered to the resort was the best piece of advice that I was given prior to vacation! From snacks for the kids to a couple bottles of wine for some evening down-time... you can't beat it!
While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
This was the second time we used this service at a Disney hotel. There were some bananas missing from our order. I contacted the company and the missing items were sent promptly in the next day's shipment to the hotel. I was initially worried that this may present a hassle and was very relieved to see it did not. I highly recommend this company. Especially useful if you are travelling with young children who require diapers, baby food, etc.
