Nothing works 100% of the time, even when that is the goal. What's important to me is how a company handles a mistake. I have high praise for Garden Grocer in that regard. They accidently left off our refrigerated bagels. I got right through to a real person when I called. She suggested how I could check in case it was a mistake by the Disney resort bell services and then to call her back. Again, I got right through to a real person, and since it was in the evening, said they could run it over to me the next morning. But I said just to send it with a normal delivery to our resort since we had plenty of other breakfast choices. Throughout this process the Garden Grocer staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Garden Grocer gets high praise from me. And P.S. the fresh fruit we'd ordered was of excellent quality.
My family and I went down to disney for a few days for a girls trip. Since we were only going for a few days, we didn't rent a car and didn't have access to the local stores. The service was great. Our groceries were delivered before our plane landed. I received a text message indicating my groceries were delivered when I turned my phone on upon arrival. The disney staff are familiar with garden grocer, which was awesome. When I called to have the groceries delivered to our room, the staff immediately asked if I used garden grocer. Disney staff brought all my items up to the room within a few minutes. The whole process was easy and I highly recommend it!
It's the ultimate in convenience, with great service and "regular grocery store" prices. We saved a bundle by having our Villa well-stocked with breakfast foods, drinks, and snacks on the day of our arrival.
