While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered. Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.
I was apprehensive about using Garden Grocer, but they came strongly recommended by a friend for our Disney trip. I received a text message when my plane landed that mt groceries had arrived. They were promptly delivered to my room by resort staff when the room was ready. GG followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied.
We used Garden Grocer for the first time, and we they were AWESOME! We just got home yesterday from a 10 day stay at a Disney resort. Months ago, we decided to forego renting a car. We read some customer reviews from other customers who had used the service. The prices were reasonable. We decided to give it a try. We ordered things like granola bars, chips, pop tarts, cheese sticks, juice, gatorade, and a couple of cases of water. We received a confirmation email and phone call when we placed the order, we received a reminder email a few days before we arrived, and we received an email immediately after they delivered the groceries. Everything went according to plan! I would absolutely recommend Garden Grocers!! We will use then again when we visit Orlando. Great job!!
