Everything was perfect. I actually was missing some items and after checking with the hotel I called Garden Grocer customer service- who was wonderful. They called the hotel I was staying at and knew there was 5 bags dropped off but only 4 got to me. The customer service rep helped the hotel find my missing bag and within 20 minutes I had the missing groceries. Thank you thank you! I have refered your service to two families that will be using your company this month. Outstanding!!!
Service was AMAZING!! I was unsure how it would work as my first time but when we checked in, it was all there waiting so I had water to bring into the park and cold delicious grapes in the frig-the fruit was delicious-This is a service all should use...I will tell all of my friends and definitely use this service again..
Everything was perfect. We received a voice mail and a text letting us know our groceries had been delivered. Great Communication system you have, so there is not a wonder of what is going on with your service. When we arrived to our resort, the cold food was cold and placed in the refridge and the other items were marked and there was a copy of what I ordered in the bag. All things were there. Great service. I was impressed. My friend also ordered on my recommendation and all went great for her also. Keep up the god work.
