Our family of 5 just got back from our 3rd family trip to Disney. We stay on the property and in past visits have taken a taxi to stores for essentials. I will never do that again! The service was fantastic! Our groceries were cold and sitting on the table in our room upon check-in. Disney tried very hard to persuade us not to use the service-claiming our hotel didn't really provide enough fridge space. However, if you know what a mini fridge is, you can figure out how much will fit in there. I think Disney was hoping we would throw our money away on $2.50 single serve milks and $4 snacks. The service couldn't have been better! It made our Disney World vacation, with a toddler and an infant, so convenient. I ordered everything about a week before we left. I received confirmation emails and phone calls throughout the process. My items were waiting at the Bell Service desk at our resort when we arrived. No complaints and nothing but praises!
