Flounder, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Canola, Soybean, and/or Rice Bran), Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Whey, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum, Phosphate), Dried Yeast, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup Solids, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Dried Garlic, Lemon Juice Solids, Colored with Paprika, Annatto, and Turmeric Extracts, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavoring, Citric Acid, Spices, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Protect Fish Moisture), TBHQ Added to Protect Flavor, Rice Flour.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fillet(s) in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 3. Bake uncovered 20 to 24 minutes (Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly), or until golden brown and crunchy. Turn fish fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended.
