Flounder (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate to Retain Moisture), Wheat Flour Enriched with (Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast), Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and/or Canola, and/or Sunflower, and/or Soybean with TBHQ and Citric Acid as Preservatives), Water. Contains 2% or Less of: Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spice, Paprika.

For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Do not thaw. Conventional Oven: (Mrs. Paul's does not recommend microwave preparation.) 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place Mrs. Paul's quality frozen flounder fillets in a single layer evenly distributed on a 4-sided baking pan. 3. Bake on middle oven rack 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy and browned. Turn flounder fillets over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused fish fillets.
