People love Amy's Pizzas. The enthusiastic response to our original pizzas was overwhelming. There were so many requests for more flavors that when our chef brought us this pesto pizza with tomato and broccoli to try, it was so good that we said, Let's do it. So we took our light tender crust, topped it with Amy's home-made pesto, garden-fresh organic tomato slices, organic broccoli florets, and part skim mozzarella cheese. We're sure you'll enjoy this fresh-tasting delicious and satisfying pizza. Everyone in our family loves pizza: For dinner, lunch, snacks, parties, even for breakfast. And everyone has a favorite. Light tender crust topped with Amy's homemade pesto, part skim mozzarella cheese, garden fresh organic tomato slices and broccoli florets.
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour with Organic Wheat Germ and Organic Wheat Bran, Filtered Water, Organic Tomatoes, Part-Skim Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Organic Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Basil, Honey, Sea Salt, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Pine Nuts, Organic Garlic, Organic Potato Flour, Yeast, Black Pepper.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes. If a softer crust if desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 13 - 15 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizzas are pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Ovens may vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
