Food was delivered when promised. I was notified with a text message that the food had been delivered. An item was missing from the order, which was immediately sent the next day. Overall, this is an excellent service.

Garden Grocer was fabulous in every way. They took extra care to confirm with the bell service that my groceries could be refrigerated for me so I could get them when I arrived late that night. Super service!

Our order was exactly correct, with all products just what we expected, and our frozen and refrigerated items were kept cold. We would use GardenGrocer again; it was convenient and allowed us to spend our vacation time relaxing instead of shopping.

Our family loves Garden Grocer! We have used it for our last four visits to Disney World and will use it every time in the future. The variety of items are extensive and it arrives at our hotel when specified. Never had any kind of issue. We recommend it to all our friends and family when they go to Disney and have only heard thank yous never any complaints. Would highly recommend it to all!!

We used Garden Grocer and had a really nice experience. They followed up with a phone call stating they got the order and then another once the delivery was made. We thought they had forgotten one item but the hotel had it in their refrigerator. Everything was easy, which is all we can ask for.
