I was so happy to receive the text in the airport that the delivery had been made. Even happier to have the items in the fridge as I thought I'd have to go back to the front desk and carry it back to the room!

Our groceries have always been at our hotel ahead of time. Always nicely bagged and all items ordered checked. I especially like the personal phone call letting us know that our groceries have been delivered versus an automated call.
