Our Garden Grocer order was waiting for us when we arrived at our resort, and everything was exactly as promised and incredibly fresh. Frozen foods were delivered frozen; the choice of both green and yellow bananas meant we had edible bananas for our entire stay. Saved us the ordeal of renting a car and grocery shopping after a long travel day- will definitely use Garden Grocer for every future WDW trip!

Customer Service was top notch. I appreciated the phone call to confirm my order and answer any questions I had about the service. The groceries were delivered within the time frame specified, and I liked having a text alerting me to their arrival. I have already recommended this company to friends and family who will be traveling to Disney in the near future.

I was expecting 'normal' customer service...the kind I get from most companies. Which means "not so good" customer service. I was amazed to see how on the ball Gardengrocer.com was. We got some excellent follow up service from Miranda (she was outstanding) and early delivery to our Disney resort. Prompt notification for delivery of groceries. Quality on fresh foods was excellent. Gardengrocer.com will be a regular part of our Orlando visits to Disneyworld from now on!

This is the first time I used on online grocer, and I was pleasantly surprised. All of my items came fresh and in perfect shape (including eggs). I got a text and email to let me know the items arrived at my hotel and they were delivered straight to my room. Very convenient and easy to use. I will definitely use Garden Grocer again.
