Order was delivered during specified time. Even though an item was forgotten Garden Grocer deducted the cost from our bill. No difficulty adding items either. All of the food was fresh and exactly as expected.

The communication and service was unparalleled! They called several times, checked with me when I ordered too many tomatoes and refunded the difference, arrived earlier than stated and we saved TONS of money by not having to buy lunch and dinner at the resort! The tomatoes were as good as garden tomatoes, better that you can get in the grocery store!

I would highly recommend using the Garden Grocer! I ordered water, juice, fruit and a few breakfast items to have in the room. Confirmation calls were made and the order was delivered to our hotel as scheduled.

I ordered for a Disney trip. Our groceries where at the hotel when we arrived. We did have a mix up and was sent red wine instead of the white wine I ordered. I was refunded without a fuss and everything was taken care of. Great customer service!
