Cold food items were properly put away in our Fort Wilderness cabin prior to our late afternoon arrival. Proper care with handling of items were apparent and follow up concern of order accuracy was shown. Great customer service all around.

Our groceries were at the hotel's bell service area since our plane arrived much later than expected. The cold food were kept cold in their refrigerator just as we were told. The order was correct, and we even had a follow-up call to make sure it was right. So glad I found this company! We saved by getting our bottled water, snacks, and breakfast food from them rather than buying it in the parks!

I had been stressing about how we were going to be able to pack water, juice and breakfast foods for ourselves and our young child for our first trip to Disney. When I found this service and realized that I could have these same items delivered (not to mention order them months in advance), I was sold! The items arrived several hours before scheduled and were held in a refrigerator at our hotel. Nothing could have been more perfect! We will definitely utilize Garden Grocer again for our next Disney vacation!!
