Excellent service provided after I made a mistake on the delivery date. When I placed my order I entered my departure date instead of my arrival date by mistake. I contacted Garden Grocer late the evening of my arrival and realized my mistake. The Garden Grocer associate that took my call was very polite and helpful and arranged for my order to be delivered the next day. it was my error but Garden Grocer corrected it quickly.

Garden Grocer was so easy to use! They deliver straight to your hotel bell services, then hotel staff delivered to our room. Easy peasy! I wish I could have ordered more if hotel had larger fridge.

It was my first time using Garden Grocer and I can say I am very satisfied with the experience. Their website is easy to navigate, there is a fair amount of baby products to choose from (main reason why I ordered was I was bringing my 10 month old), the delivery was very prompt and the packaging for the items ordered were nice and neat and in paper bags, the notifications via email and text were a nice touch. I would definitely order again for our next Disney trip.
