I was very impressed with Garden Grocer's customer service on our recent trip to Walt Disney World. After I placed an order online, they followed up with a phone call the same evening to confirm the order and answer any questions I might have about their services. On the day my groceries were delivered, they followed up with a phone call to inquire if I was satisfied with my order and if I needed anything else. My order was complete, and all of the food was fresh upon delivery. Customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Garden Grocer! I love Garden Grocer! The website is easy to use . If you can't find what you are looking for, keep searching because it will show up in another category. Your order is saved too if you don't have time to finish ordering it at one sitting. In addition, someone called to confirm my order to make sure the time and place were correct before I left my home for vacation. Everything was there waiting for me when I arrived! The best!

We would definitely recommend this service. They had our order waiting in our room for us. Cold products were in the refrigerator. They even called and texted us to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent customer service!

This is our 3rd time using Garden grocer when we visit Disney. We stay on property and have breakfast in our hotel. We order milk and cereal and water/gatorade for the park. We save a bundle.

Garden grocer is an excellent service. Their products are fresh and the website is easy to navigate for food selections. I especially like the fact our groceries are in the room when we arrive. After traveling for many hours, it's refreshing to have food and beverages at your fingertips. I would reccomend Garden Grocer to anyone going to Orlando on vacation.

We were given a mistaken item. When I called, it was immediately rectified. Also, they are very customer service oriented; you will receive an email when your items are delivered and a phone call to make sure you received your items and your order is correct. We are very pleased with Garden Grocer and will definitely use again and recommend.

Garden Grocer is a very convieient way to shop, since I have been attending the Zumba Convention each year in Orlando, Florida. We stay at the Rosen Center where they store our groceries upon arrival. After I place my order online, which is very user friendly. Garden Grocer confirms my order via email. The day of my flight to Florida, Garden Grocer sends me a txt via phone to inform me that my order has been delivered to my hotel. Once I arrive at the hotel, they deliver my order to my room. Using Garden Grocery has been very helpful and I really appreciate their promptness, accuracy and courtesy. Thank you Garden Grocer.
